Why choose Sublime Book Review?

Finding the right reviews for the right budget can be hard for an Indie or self-published author. And in many cases, you unknowingly pay for a review that is 100% guaranteed positive. While it’s nice for a reviewer to tell you your book is “the greatest book ever written,” this doesn’t necessarily help you, the author, and it certainly doesn’t help the industry leaders (librarians, booksellers, media professionals) make calculated decisions about purchasing your book or requesting your title for their library.

Trinity Rivers Trilogy is a novel, divided into three parts, that spans three generations of a musical family from Louisiana. It deals with many difficult topics including racism, violence, betrayal, and alcoholism, but it wraps it together to portray the message of the healing power of music and love.

The author has again delivered a novel with a strong viewpoint: that love can conquer all, whether it be romantic or familial love, or the love of music. Although this story covers three generations, the reader is able to fully invest in the characters and their challenges through excellent development by the author. I was captivated by the story from the outset and my interest was held throughout the novel. Although there were elements that repeated from one generation to the next, the author kept it fresh with new conflicts and interesting supporting characters to create a worthwhile read.

Sublime Line: “An enticing multi-generational saga that exposes the power of love and music to overcome life’s difficult moments.”
